Although we make every effort to have all advertised items in stock, orders are filled on a first come first serve basis,
thus, may cause an "in stock" item to become temporarily out of stock. If this should occur, we will offer an alternative,
if feasible, at no additional cost and/or notify you of this unexpected and unforeseen delay or provide an estimated
shipping time that your order will ship out complete.
Our Goal is to have all orders shipped the same day when orders are fully authorized for payment and received by 1:00 p.m.,
Central Standard Time. Often we are able to ship much later than that, however, we advise you to contact the office to confirm
product availability and/or make no guarantee to that effect. If we see a delay is inevitable, we will attempt to notify you in
less than 24 hours, using primarily electronic means or a phone call if possible, during regular business hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
No regular office hours are inclusive of the week-ends.
