Meaning if you ordered a wrong item, dissatisfied with the item, or any other reason, you can return the item to HiTech Vendors with no questions asked and with absolutely no restocking fees! in most all circumstances.

A refund will be issued for the full cost of the product. Shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are judged based on receipt of the item and not when shipped out. Store credit is offered within 60 days of order placement. Exchanges are offered within 90 days of order placement for items not under a lifetime warranty. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if they are retail items that are opened or damaged, i.e. retail packaging upon return, or if they are OEM items that are damaged upon return they will be subject to further review.
